The Kyushu Shinkansen line, a part of which was under construction till recently, is to start its all-through service on 12th March 2011.  The new service connects Shin-Minamata and Shin-Osaka in 3 hours and 45 minutes with the new trains designed for more Japanese taste and better comfort.  Why not have a ride?
